Rent to rent is a property arrangement where Sakinah Stay leases your property at a fixed monthly rate, then manages it as a short-term holiday let. It is fully legal in Morocco and governed by a clear written agreement. You receive guaranteed monthly income regardless of occupancy. We take on all management responsibility.
Who manages my property when I am abroad or living overseas?
We do — entirely. Sakinah Stay operates as your full property management company in Marrakech. Guest check-ins, housekeeping, maintenance, inspections and monthly reporting are all handled by us. You receive your income and performance report from wherever you are in the world.
What happens if a guest damages my riad, villa or apartment?
Every guest booking includes a security deposit collected before check-in. We vet every guest — ID is collected and booking intent verified before confirmation. In the event of any damage, the security deposit covers the cost of repair. Our team inspects every property after each stay.
How quickly can my riad or villa go live on Airbnb?
Once your agreement is signed, we move quickly. Photography is arranged, your listing is created across all platforms, and your property is guest-ready. In most cases, your property can be live and accepting bookings within 7–14 days of agreement.”
Do I need to do anything once my property is managed by Sakinah Stay?
Nothing. Once your agreement is in place, Sakinah Stay handles everything — guest communication, check-in, housekeeping, maintenance and reporting. You receive your monthly income and performance report. We only contact you if something significant requires your input — which is rare.
